Shipping & returns

At Bortwide, we make all of our jewellery to order specifically for you. This means that it will take approximately 2 business weeks for us to create your custom piece. We offer international shipping to any address worldwide, but it's important to note that the client or buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may be collected by their local government. Please check the rates ahead of time to avoid any surprises.

We offer free economy shipping to countries such as the USA, various European countries, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and India. For all other countries, a flat rate of USD 15 will be charged for economy shipping, while express shipping is available for a flat rate of USD 35. Please keep in mind that choosing express shipping does not affect the processing time of your order, which remains at 2 business weeks. However, the delivery time is reduced to 5-7 days, compared to the 17-19 days for economy shipping.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. It's important to note that we fully insure each item for its final purchase price from the time it's in transit until it arrives at its destination. The recipient's signature is required at the time of delivery to ensure a safe arrival. However, please keep in mind that Bortwide cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by unexpected conditions such as severe weather.

Lastly, please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. Thank you for choosing Bortwide for your custom jewellery needs.

* Free shipping is only available in countries like USA, countries of Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan and India. Other then this countries USD 15 will be charged. 

* The 99% of parcel are delivered in 5-7 days, but it can be delayed by customs or severe weather conditions Bortwide will not be responsible for it, as we Bortwide has no control over it.

* Economy/Standard Shipping takes 17-19 days for delivery but if it is delayed due to customs or severe weather conditions Bortwide will not be responsible for it, as we Bortwide has no control over it.

Returns

Returns and Refunds are hassle-free when you buy from Bortwide.com
Our policy lasts 30 days. You can ask for a refund within 21 days post-delivery If 21 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange*

* You have to email us at info@Bortwide.com about a return for a refund before 21 days after delivery.

* Custom or Personalized order cannot be return or exchanged, as they are specially made for you on order basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@Bortwide.com and send your item on the address that will be emailed to you.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by Bortwide.com ( please email at hello@Bortwide.com, before shipping back the jewelry or loose moissanite or any other gemstones )

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
